I highly recommend Alexandra Dental Practice in Epsom.  My wife and I have recently enrolled as new patients.  It was easy to arrange appointments and the pre registration process was simple and convenient to complete on line.  On the day of our appointments we were temperature tested before entering the practice by a very friendly and helpful Practice Manager.  Our new dentist Radhika Patel saw us promptly and professionally.  All in all an excellent friendly and professional dental practice

I am a new patient and visited the dental practice after lockdown for an emergency appointment. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. She initially dealt with my enquiry over lockdown and gave me great advice. Since the practice has reopened I was able to book an appointment straight away and I have since been back to have a filling. The dentist I saw has done a wonderful job and the filling looks very natural. The team are caring and compassionate I have been really looked after. It is clear to me that patient care is everything. Good job.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was at my visit this morning.  

Having pressed the doorbell and waited as instructed I was pleased to be carefully checked by a staff member wearing PPE kit. Temperature taken, the usual covid related questions asked and hand sanitiser provided for me. 

Once inside the waiting room I was the only patient and when called forward to Mr Christian I was very pleased to see the obvious careful precautions taken.

Mr Christian was very welcoming and always very calm and reassuring.  It was an emergency appointment as I had been suffering considerable pain and after x-ray was taken diagnosis and options explained clearly to me.

I really appreciated the appointment made for me by the practice Manager at these difficult times and always find the Practice staff to be friendly, helpful and reassuring.

Excellent practice especially in Lock Down.

I visited today and felt very reassured; very professional & safe environment from the Covid check at the door to the dentist chair. “Much Safer than the supermarket!”

Mr. Christian is kind, reassuring experienced dentist who explains the options clearly.  Also I thank Lisa for all her help too.

So would thoroughly recommend a visit for treatment or a check-up or at the moment to prevent future problems.
